Commercial Mortgage Insight, the monthly national magazine for commercial mortgage finance, invites editorial contributions from readers, industry experts and industry companies. Following are your editorial opportunities and how to participate.

TO CONTRIBUTE NEWS...

NETWORKING

A monthly column announcing personnel moves of interest to commercial mortgage finance professionals, particularly to those in charge of originating and servicing commercial and multifamily mortgages.
Send: Brief announcement including person's photo and telephone number.

FYI

A monthly column announcing news about companies in - or doing business with - the commercial real estate finance industry.
Send: Company news and photos of people quoted.

DEALMAKERS

A monthly listing announcing details of new commercial mortgage loans closed by mortgage lenders and other capital sources.
Send: Loan details, including name, loan amount, type of property, terms and telephone number.

CMI REPORTS

A monthly column of news and analysis of trends affecting originators, CMBS investors and property owners, and servicers of commercial and multifamily facilities.
Send: Mortgage industry and company news.

CALENDAR

A monthly listing of industry events for executives and professionals involved in originating, servicing, acquiring, funding and securitizing commercial mortgages.

TO CONTRIBUTE ARTICLES . . .

Commercial Mortgage Insight publishes two types of timely articles:

• features that examine commercial mortgage industry trends, and
• features that give readers "nuts and bolts" information about how to make their procedures and operations more efficient and profitable.

These features are written by staff writers, professional mortgage industry journalists, and also by mortgage industry experts.

Industry experts are invited to call with their ideas for by-lined articles. Generally, these articles are 1,500 to 2,000 words in length and address the topic generically, without mentioning the author's company. However, a prominently displayed editor's note describes the author and company, and the author's photo is published when available. Charts, tables and photographs are also welcome to illustrate these articles.

An article reprint service is also available to authors and companies, in which articles are reprinted in an 8-1/2" by 11" format on coated stock. Reprint service details are available upon request.
